Cet été, L'Orangerie vous présente l'exposition Renaissance de l'artiste peintre Sébastien Job. Son travail pictural s’exprime dans un paysage onirique où la narration n’est plus horizontale mais verticale. Si les peintures sont des fragments de nature, le geste de peindre est donc le fragment d’un geste plus grand, celui de la naissance d’une plante : la naissance de la vie dans le chaos, la naissance d’un geste pictural.

Le vernissage de l'exposition aura lieu le vendredi 4 juillet à 18h.

This summer, L'Orangerie presents the Renaissance exhibition by painter Sébastien Job. His pictorial work expresses itself in a dreamlike landscape where the narrative is no longer horizontal but vertical. If the paintings are fragments of nature, then the act of painting is a fragment of a greater act, that of the birth of a plant: the birth of life in chaos, the birth of a pictorial gesture.
